Cleaning could definitely use some improvement!!! Dust in the A/C vents and lack of laundry notifications were annoying. More attention to cleanliness would go a long way!!!

I stayed for 10 nights. The location is awesome with great restaurants, convenience stores, and train access within a 5-minute walk. The tatami room was fantastic! Housekeeping was excellent, always checking if I needed anything. I’d definitely stay here again! 😊

the stay was almost delightful if not for the dusty air conditioner and the dusty bathtub vents. i also expected some complimentary snacks upon arrival, just a simple gesture really. it’s shocking how they treat a guest like me without red-carpet service. just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review, sadly.

The hotel is just 2 minutes away by foot from the Shin-Yokohama station, making it very accessible and convenient. The room was relatively clean and well kept, showing that the housekeeping staff does a commendable job. I appreciated the air filter humidifier in the room. it provided a pleasant atmosphere, and the air conditioning worked nicely and was very refreshing. Additionally, having a convenience store next door was a bonus for late-night snacks.
